Description:
This plant employs an external compression process in which air is absorbed and purified by molecular sieve in completely low pressure, and air turbine boosting expander is used to produce refrigerating capacity. It has the advantages of reliable running, advance process and easy operation.
The equipments of this plant have the advantages of economy and reasonable configuration for units, safe and low consumption, reliable running.

This plant and its units are specially designed and optimized for the process according to the local weather and engineering specifications to make sure the ASP can adapt to the local environment.
The display of the process parameters for all units and the main operation adjustment function can be carried out through computers in the center control room, and can be displayed in other control rooms, which can well meet the requirements of informatization and network for the factory.
Liquid oxygen is extracted from the main condenser evaporator, which can effectively prevent the accumulation of dangerous impurities such as hydrocarbon. The safe running of condenser evaporator can be effectively guaranteed without special operation and maintenance.

The process of this plant is decided after detailed analytical calculation with the classic physical property library, and the air separation physical property library software developed by Hangyang on the base of classic chart, process thermodynamic calculation software developed by Hangyang, American HYSYS thermodynamic calculation software, specialized air cooling and molecular sieve system performance and structure calculation software, American S-W company plate heat exchanger calculation software and American NREC turbo wheel design and process software.
1.3.2. The process design of this plant is according to the rich design and manufacture and installation operating experience of several middle and small ASP of Hangyang, which reflects the international advance design philosophy, and under the premise of guaranteeing the reliability of the plant, it also considers the reasonability, safety and advancement, which are mainly reflected in the following aspects:
1.3.2.1. With advance technical performance index
The important indexes to measure the performance advantage of ASP are oxygen production energy consumption and the extraction efficiency of oxygen. This ASP can guarantee the high rectifying column oxygen extraction efficiency, and at the same time the matched units have excellent single performance indexes to make sure the excellent combination performance indexes of the plant.
1.3.2.2. The static equipment lower column employs sieve plant column, and the upper column, crude argon column and pure argon column employ packing column.
1.3.2.3. The new efficient air pre-cooling system with water cooling tower is employed, which makes the most of the hygroscopicity of dry waste nitrogen and cooling water unit to reduce the temperature of cooling water.
1.3.2.4. The molecular sieve is designed as double-layer bed and long period, whose life is long, regeneration energy consumption is low ,and working condition is stable.
