Description:
The process of this KDON-4000/10000/100 air separation unit utilized is purifying air by MS with boosting expander for regeneration, and upper column with packing column.
The air separation unit is a large and complex system, which is consisted of following subsystems: dynamical system, purification system, refrigerating system, heat exchanging system, fractionating system and product transporting system, etc.
Dynamical system: it mainly indicates feed air compressor, which is the energy source of this plant.
Purification system: it is consisted of pre-cooling system (air cooling system) and molecular sieve purification system, which is mainly used to eliminate the matters harmful to the plant in the air.
Refrigerating system: it uses expander to refrigerate, which follows the classical refrigerating cycle strictly.
Heat exchanging system: it mainly uses aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger.
Fractionating system: it is the core of air separation plant, the important equipment which can achieve cryogenic separation, and it is consisted of low pressure column, medium column and condenser evaporator.
Product transporting system: it is consisted of different types of oxygen compressors and nitrogen compressors.
