Description:
This plant adopts a MS purification air process with high temperature/low temperature booster expander, refrigeration by nitrogen recycle, as well as production argon by complete rectification without nitrogen.
A certain content of oxygen fraction drawn from the middle portion of crude argon column is fed into the top of high pure oxygen column as reflux liquid. Liquid oxygen at the bottom of column is vaporized and rectified with reflux liquid. And the high pure liquid oxygen obtained at the middle portion of high pure oxygen column as the product is fed out of cold box; the oxygen gas in the top is fed into crude argon column. A part of liquid oxygen drawn from bottom is fed into upper column.
