      The technology center of Hangzhou Hangyang Cryogenic Liquefaction Equipment Co., Ltd is a city grade enterprise technology center affirmed by the Hangzhou economic committee, and at the best ranking of city grade technology center evaluation of year 2013. The technology center employs 40 R&D persons occupied in research and development directly, which occupies 21% of total workforce. There are 4 persons who own the title of a senior professional post, and 14 persons who own intermediate title, 2 masters and 30 bachelors. The major configuration is reasonable, and everyone has specialty. The persons in charge of main laboratory own the degree above bachelor degree and master degree. The technology center is consisted of project process R&D department, unit & pipeline R&D department, process R&D department, instrument and electric control R&D department, and testing and detection department.

        The responsibility of five departments as follows:

     Project process R&D department: research the cryogenic technology engineering, develop air separation process and project.

        Unit & pipeline R&D department: develop all unit devices and pipeline configuration for air separation plant.

     Process R&D department: develop new technology & new process and their application, be responsible for the pilot production process and the optimization of its technical parameters, and research new product efficacy, formulate enterprise standard and declare file number.

     Instrument and electric control R&D department: develop the automatic control technology and equipment for the air separation plant.

        Testing and detection department: product testing analysis and detection.

      The development of the technology of Hangzhou Hangyang Cryogenic Liquefaction Equipment Co., Ltd is achieved through continuous innovation, enterprising and hard work for several years. Since 2009 the first 900m3/h reverse filling type process high purity nitrogen air separation plant was developed, Hangzhou Hangyang Cryogenic Liquefaction Equipment Co., Ltd has already been in the advanced industry level of Chinese air separation technology.

      Science and technology constitute the primary productive force, and the development of company depends on the technology innovation. Our company processes a city grade technology with a team of high-quality scientific research, design and development personnel, and strong technical power. Through the efforts of all technical personnel and the continuous technical innovation, our company has achieved good scientific research achievements.

     From 2006, research and develop 900m3/h reverse filling type process high purity nitrogen air separation plant;

     From 2009, research and develop the fractionating column of overall delivery 5000m3/h air separation plant;

     In 2010, remodel and upgrade the oxygen and nitrogen generation truck;

     In 2011, develop skid-mounted air separation plant of KDON-1600/1000 packaged cold box;

     In 2012, develop KDN-800 high purity nitrogen packaged cold box annular sieve plate tower air separation plant;

    In 2013, develop the 7000m3/h oxygen nitrogen and argon liquid air separation plant with overall delivery fractionating column.
