Main Equipment Description:
1. Instrument control system
According to the process requirements and production characteristic, the process parameters employ local cabinet on-site indicating instruments. All measuring points and instruments of air separation plant and liquefaction system are equipped with the complete set plant of Hangyang.
The instrument control design of liquid argon, CO2 storage and charging system is completed by engineering design, which mainly includes: liquid argon evaporator outlet pipe setting pressure and temperature monitoring point, and once ultrahigh pressure or ultra-low temperature appears, interlock shut down the running of liquid argon pump immediately, and raise the alarm to warn the operator. As the same, after CO2 boosting pump pipe setting pressure monitoring point, once ultrahigh pressure appears, , interlock shut down the running of CO2 pump immediately, and raise the alarm.
2. Electric control system
This engineering design carries out the design of electricity lines inside compete set plant from lower pile head of power distribution cabinet.
3. Water supply and drainage
Water supply: including the production water supply, fire fighting water supply and living water.
Water drainage: establish rain sewage diversion drainage system in the factory.
The industry cooling water units that will be needed: air compressor, pre-cooling unit, cooler, oxygen compressor, nitrogen compressor, nitrogen turbo compressor, cryogenic chiller, liquefaction plant expander, nitrogen cooler.
4. Ventilation Facilty
There are air compressor, pre-cooling unit, molecular sieve purification system and expanders, oxygen compressor, nitrogen compressor, nitrogen turbo compressor, cryogenic chiller, liquefaction plant expander, fractionating column cold box, liquefaction cold box, oxygen storage gas bursa and air buffer in the main workshop. The process requires the accident exhaust air and ventilation rate needs to be enough. The blower is considered during workshop civil design to meet the ventilate requirement.
Accident ventilate is set in high & low voltage electricity transformation and distribution room according to process requirements, and in normal time, the ventilator is used to exhaust the waste heat of electrical equipment.
All ventilating system interlocks with fire fighting signal. When there is fire signal, ventilator is shut down automatically.
Matters need attention:
1. Fireproofing and safety facilities
In order to guarantee the safe and normal operation of electrical equipments, it requires setting automatic fire alarm device in high & low voltage electricity transformation and distribution room
There are operating lighting and emergency lighting in the factory.

3. Anti-thunder and grounding
The lightning strip protection is set for workshop (civil design), grounding resistance is not more than 30 ohm. The fractionating column, liquefaction cold box and liquid tanks can utilize the shell as lightning arrester, and the grounding resistance is not more than 10 ohm. The lightning protection grounding resistance and static electricity protection grounding is not more than 10 ohm.
The working grounding, protection grounding, lightning protection grounding and static electricity protection grounding are merged into one grounding system, and the grounding resistance is not more than 1 ohm.
According to the related provisions Ministry of Construction , all electrical equipments are transformer installation, and take seismic hardening measures according to national standard.
